Every Democrat voter wants different laws for themselves, and they are getting it in various forms daily.
They are winning, and this is another example.
Just wait until this start to trickle down to us "normal" people. That's when the real fun begins.

They're already on a very dangerous slippery slope with Trump but they if they move forward on Stewarts especially it could be a avalanche of lawsuits by anyone who's purchased property in NY that paid over the "tax value" .
I know he's a dim so it's different but his really is different.
Stewart's scenario is different because he was selling his property not applying for financing.
So they would be going after him for listings/ selling his property over the " State's“ valuation for tax purposes.
This would essentially empower the State to set & control real estate values. Think how bad that would get with the DEI shite .. the whole thing is a fricking joke, the prosecutor and judge should be disbarred.

Jesus Christ! Every single one of them? Listen to yourself, man, and get a grip.
The prosecutions of Trump are obvious weaponization of government. But I personally know Democrat voters who feel the same way.
