It's fascinating to watch this cycle get repeated over and over and over. You'd think the chamber of commerce types who think it's a good idea don't have access to the internet or any history.

Seriously.
It’s like it fluctuates between “we’re broke and need increased revenue” and “hell no we don’t need money that damn bad”.

Is this black SB a HBCU thing? Back in the day, “regular” spring break seemed pretty diverse as it was. I guess it’s okay if certain people want to segregate.
