I think that's probably close to accurate, although I think the Insurance Defense might be lower (35%).

My guess is that people underestimate the number of R voters in traditionally D categories (in part because those practitioners exist all over and often in deep red areas - plenty of rural/semi rural PI guys are probably hunt/fish/quiet Trump types).
I also think people overestimate the number of R voters in traditionally R categories (corporate, M&A, etc.) because those professions exist almost solely in cities and close in suburban areas.
