Why are we ripping on this guy now? From what I can see he hasn't done anything wrong or deserving of the ire. He married a chick with a medical issue and obviously has come to terms with it. I imagine they have all three worked something out and maybe she's even down with it. Kind of hard not to be.
Hell probably healthier than a lot of relationships out there.
