The Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup was paid for by Exxon.
The Deep Water Horizon spill cleanup was paid for by BP.
We The People should not be saddled with the cost of replacing this bridge that a shipping company destroyed through its incompetence or neglect.

And I'll argue in court that the accident was foreseeable by the government (see the Sunshine Skyway) and the government was negligent in not constructing protective barriers. And I'll win.

See the new Sunshine Skyway with the concrete barriers. The fact that the government had not put these in place shows mindboggling stupidity on the part of those in authority.
