I've already spent probably $7-$8k easy on him in his 12 years of life so far on just food, vet visits, treats, toys, stuff (like crates, leashes, collars, etc), boarding is @ $200-$250 every trip.
I think most people spend about that on pets during their life. It's a lot of money you don't think about.

I just spent $38.00 on nose drops for our cat because it has the sniffles.
