Good thing it wasn’t rush hour in Baltimore. And I hope it wasn’t intentional.

Sure glad Horsemeat wasn’t on it. He’s been through enough.

As if living in Baltimore wasn’t bad enough, now you’re 45 minute commute just became a 2 hour daily commute for probably at least a year. Might as well move.

yes. There were many changes to the USCG towboat license program after that. Also many changes to mariner medical programs after the bay bridge in San Fran was hit in early 2000’s.
