Couldn't agree more. But that just isn't reality, is it? If you want to abolish all gun laws federal state and local, and abolish the ATF and its entire bureaucracy, then we can go by what the Constitution dictates. But if you want to allow the ATF, federal and state legislatures to violate the 2A, which we have, then I think it should be violated for criminal illegals as well.

Reality is that California, NJ, Illinois, etc. have shitty gun laws. That doesn't mean I have to agree with them.
