The state likes to publicly state how they are losing the best and brightest to OOS schools but they make zero effort to keep them here. It’s why we continue to rank near the bottom in damn near everything but obesity.

With a 34 on ACT and likely an opportunity to increase that score, look OOS and private and see what offers come once applications go out. You will be surprised at the offers that come in if GPA is +4.0 w that test score. Max out on AP classes and write their own ticket.
