except they weren't... you can sugar coat it all you want... that's cool, but it doesn't change the fact that Herro, Robinson, and Love were all out tonight... again, i'm just referencing that to keep this in the correct context... i love that we won tonight.... i love that we win ANY night... but i'm not going to act like we are legit contenders b/c we beat the current 8 seed in the East without 3 important guys in their lineup.... i guess that's where you and i differ, and it's all good... at the end of the day, we on the same side, we just see things a little differently

Ok now balance it out by us on a back to back without BI and Dyson. You’re strictly looking at the opponents disadvantage and not ours.

i think you are projecting a little with this one, bro...

Probably lol

beat a top 4, in either conference... that's a quality win, IMO... sure, i may be a tougher judge/critic than others here, but it is what it is...

So basically you think any 80 percent of the games we play aren’t great quality? Top 4 is way too strict of a standard. We’re currently not even a top 4 team in our conference.

in my book, this is a game we SHOULD win, IMO, even on the road, and yes, even without BI

I think your expectations are a little ridiculous. This isnt a title contending team. If everything falls right maybe west conf finals- maybe. More like first round win; second round exit team.

it's clearly always going to be a sliding scale, that varies from year to year, and even within the year, as evidence is provided by the team....

if this team was utter shite and was floundering around the 10 seed, then yes, this would be a "quality win", IMO... but we are better than them, by a large margin, IMO... thus, this doesn't meet MY threshold for a "quality" win.... doesn't make either of us "right", it just means that our thresholds for "quality" is different.... why you are so obsessed with HAVING to designate this as a "quality" win is a little weird to me.... i've already stated i'm happy with the win, is that not good enough for you?

that's your opinion, and that's all fine and dandy... you are allowed to have that, just as I have mine... you don't see me berating you and trying to change your standard... you do you bro... it's all good...

i know... which is why my threshold of quality is "punching up" and defeating teams BETTER than us... i don't see teams below us as "quality", whether at home or on the road...again, that's my threshold, you don't have to have the same opinion, and that's all cool with me

cool... you can be cool with status quo... i'd rather this team get to a point where wins like this are more expect... again, same side, just different point of view

nope, not this year... but we are on the cusp of being one of those teams that is right there in the conversation
