Don't forget the people who hussle to the street corner to cross and then slow down to make you wait to turn.
Then there are the people that speed up when you put your signal on to get in their lane and then honk and flash their lights at you cause they think you cut them off when there was a 3 car gap when you put your blinker on.

As a pedestrian (which I think you were referring to), I know what my body language indicates, and will hang back from the corner to not create uncertainty in the mind of the driver that is in the vicinity.

Left lane is for passing only, assholes. But I don't know how they even see me trying to pass, because I've watched them on their phones for 15 miles on a 75mph road blocking miles of traffic. Varying speed in a 15mph range, but yeah, you're safe, dumbass. Le sigh.
