I respect a coach who "allegedly" uses his own funds to better our university instead of relying on a fickle and non existent basketball booster network.

So I agree, BUT all Woodward had to do was suspend him and MAYBE take a postseason ban which was going to happen anyway by firing him.

Even if it was a 2-year ban, and based on the eventual punishment it probably would have been 1, the future would be bright as frick right now.

The whole “protecting football” argument doesn’t work when the AD still accepted 4 years of vacated wins.
