St. Patrick's Day is a day to celebrate your Irish Heritage and absolutely kick your brother in the nuts.
ETA for your added close-up: every family has "special" people, but at least this guy got invited to the White House.

The photo was posted by the candidate’s sister, Kerry Kennedy, who has been outspoken in her criticism of her brother. When he declared his bid last year, Kerry Kennedy posted a statement distancing herself from his controversial views. Other members of the family have also spoken out. The most recent post seems more a statement by omission.
