I once saw a guy hit a bullseye and then throw another dart into the back of that dart. Most amazing thing Iv've ever seen in darts. I took a picture. I was like how do we score this?

The second dart has no score value. What he did is called a "Robin Hood" where an incoming dart sticks in a dart already in the board.
In order for a dart to count as a score, the point has to be in, or touching a scoring area. Sometimes if 2 darts are very close to each other in the board and a 3rd dart hits them, but doesn't stick or touch a scoring area, that too is a no-score dart. However, I've seen it many times that the dart is not sticking in the board, but the point is actually touching against a scoring area and the player gets credit for those points also.
