Those same teams have kicked the crap out of McNeese for the last 20 years. Will Wade arrives and in one season completely obliterates the conference.
Next year Wade will be able to draw a better pool of talent from the transfer portal and then be more competitive when they get back to the NCAAT.

He did that because he pulled in better talent plus had one guy there already that everyone overlooked. The Southland has a dearth of talent so having mid-level talent makes them almost unstoppable in the Southland.

I am not sure he will, but I think he will dominate the Southland again and make the tournament again. He may get a better seed though, his nonconference will impact that quite a bit.
