agreed, that's why I'm not in favor of restricting legal sales.
selling to an ILLEGAL alien on the other hand, well that word "illegal" means the exact opposite of "legal".
there are ways for immigrants to enter this country legally. I know quite a few people who have done it.
but if you come here illegally, then you have already shown you have no respect for our laws.
so if our laws don't pertain to you, then neither do our rights.
you don't get claim to have all the rights and freedoms we do while at the same time saying you don't have to follow our laws.

So you support laws on universal background checks, right?
That makes any sale without a federal background check ILLEGAL, as well.
And you would support laws restricting "assault rifles", right?
Those laws make selling/possession an "assault rifle" ILLEGAL as well.

Good. I want to sell a gun, Juan has my $500. I shouldnt have to call Daddy and get his approval or ask what his status is.
Blame the federal govt for flooding the country. Dont blame individuals for trying to defend themselves with a god given right.
