heres the recipe from the T/P
Makes about 4-1/2 cups
4 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped Creole tomato
1/2 cup peeled garlic cloves
1 tablespoon black pepper
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate.
seems easy enough and worth a try
