We use it as a dip for crab cakes. I have a friend who puts it in her crab cake mixture rather than using mayo. I haven't tried that yet.

We put it out with beef tenderloin when we served it sliced for cocktail parties.

Fried green tomatoes.
Fried fish-any fried seafood.
BLTs.

It's very versatile. I've seen folks dip their fried chicken in it as well.
