Let's remember this is an LSU board. I support this arena deal because it greatly benefits LSU. I don't live in Baton Rouge so I don't much care about the collateral benefits for BR as a whole. But if offering such collateral benefits is what we have to do to get it built, then let's fcking go.

LSU is not on an island. Anything that benefits BR also benefits LSU.
So this is truly a win-win.
