As long as immigrants lawfully enter, as quoted in the opinion SFP quoted, I have no problem with them being armed. The flood coming across the border is not entering legally.
*I'm of the opinion a citizen should be able to own a fully functional tank if they want.

My personal view is everyone, including ex cons have the right to self defend.
