You mean licensed and insured. A bond is issued for a specific job and assures the person that hires them they can meet their financial obligations to pay their labor and materials costs…. No one will demand a surety bond for a residential tree service.

which never ceases to amuse me. The owner side is the one responsible for payment for services…we should be bonding the owner LOL
