That is completely possible.

However, PCIE 5.0 is faster than 4.0, IMO, your 4060ti won't notice if it was sharing 4 lanes with your 4.0x4 SSD. But in your current MB, the SSD will have its own 4 lanes. Now, any subsequent SSDs installed will share the 4 lanes but your GPU should be unaffected.
