Correct, both Mulkey and Staley became head coaches the same year in 2000. The biggest turnaround in WBB history was Mulkey in her first year at Baylor 2000-2001. Comparison of number of National Championships: Kim Mulkey 4. Dawn Staley 2. Now who is the better coach?
