Has China stopped industrial espionage? Scientific theft? Spying, bribing and monopolistic practices here and across the entire globe? If your answer is no then they are still a threat. Maybe reduced I don't know. I've been hearing about the Chinese economic balloon popping for 30 years. I'll believe it when I see it.
