Great idea. Young professionals from Austin, Nashville, and Charlotte will flock to downtown Lake Charles to live in the only building in the city.
Maybe they can help continue to clean up a hurricane that hit a decade ago.

Meh, they unnecessarily built a huge apartment complex downtown recently that I'm sure has vacancies. Ain't no way there is a demand for that many more apartments downtown considering Luna is the only thing ever open after 6 pm.
