It's all the same, Ron. Calories are calories.
This is why the most elite athletes in the world just get their protein from 3-4 servings of pro series muscle milk throughout the day, and top off their carbs and fats with bowls of lucky charms and milk.
Look at the diet videos of any pro bodybuilder or powerlifter. They all obviously know the science, and they don't bother themselves with eating chicken and rice and fish and lean meats and healthy fats. They just eat what is easy and tastes yummy. I mean.....right?
I've edited my plan for OP. Just do three servings of muscle milk pro series, 3 servings of skittles for carbs, and 3 servings of pork rinds drizzled with melted butter for fat, every day.
That's 175 g protein, 219 g carbs, 69 g fats, and 2200 calories.
You'll lose weight and feel great.
