I'm torn about this one.
On one hand, the government ALWAYS abuses it's power.
On the other hand, no fly lists are bullshite these days. What is someone gonna do? shite in the aisles? Pitch a fit and throw peanuts?
No fly lists are there for one reason and one reason only. For inconvenience and embarrassment purposes.

Good. People who cause ruckus or can’t behave in public shouldn’t be in a metal tube 30,000 feet in the air with 200 normal people.
I’m all for inconveniencing and embarrassing people who do stupid and obnoxious or aggressive shite on airplanes.
