So this guy had his junk cut off and now sports a gaping unhealed wound as a fake vagina.

He is obviously gay, since he admits to having sex with men. Gay men have anal intercourse all the time, and I'm sure at least once in a while things get messy.

So what's the difference between having actual anal sex and sex with his fake coochie?
