Ezekiel 28:11-19 is understood as having a dual meaning, against the King of Tyre but it can't just be about him as verse 14 clearly calls him "anointed cherub who covers". Since men are not angels, it is believed the exact description perfectly described the fall of Lucifer and his place in the heavenly realm.
