Unlawfully entering the country is not immigration. They should be arrested and deported. The idea that they should be given the same protections as legal immigrants is preposterous.
This is a slippery slope that will only serve to reduce the meaning and value of citizenship. The US will not last long under a system of law that is not built on principle.

Amazing. The principle is that the right to defend yourself is a God given right. It's in the Declaration of Independence. It's the principle that we were founded on.
