people traveling here (legally) already have to follow different laws.

for example, people traveling from Europe to let's just say Florida.
they have to obtain a tourist visa, or a waiver.
they have to pay a fee
they are limited to the amount of time on the visa (or waiver)
and they can be denied entry.

I don't have to obtain anything. I can just go.
and I can stay however long I want.
and I don't have to pay any extra fees. just whatever it costs me to get there.
