I kinda broached this subject the other day, I believe this will trickle down to the other 19 defendants in the RICO case! (They all need to appeal insanity if Wade played any part of the prosecution) If Wade had any part of the evidence, investigation, or prosecution of any defendant; this RICO has to be DOA due to the misconduct!! A RICO case is built on underlying crimes who were directed by an individual above them.
