What about any risk of frost? I’m just outside baton rouge and it always seems to get a couple degrees cooler here than in BR. I’m worried about frost on brand new landscape plants and some grass seeds that are just now starting to sprout.

They typically overestimate the cold this time of year.
Forecast says 38° now. Even if it gets that cold it won’t last but for a few minutes.
It won’t be nothing like last year when it got down to 29.
Put a blanket on ‘em if you’re concerned.
