Transfer portal opens tomorrow...
If you are in the NIT you can't really recruit over your guys and also how many players will also try to opt out of the NIT to transfer?

I don't understand why the NCAA is always in such a hurry to get the Transfer Portal open or to get National Signing Days moved up.
Transfer Portal should open the day after national championship game in both football and basketball, but I guess that makes too much sense, of which the NCAA has none.
