Cam isn't the first person not to be able to defend his title or any other golf title for that matter. With other golf tournaments when Tiger was hurt, do we say "so and so only won because Tiger wasn't in the field so there's an asterisk"? No, we don't, so why are you doing that here? What Scottie did has never been done before. That's a fact that doesn't need fricking qualifiers. There's no asterisk. You sound ridiculous

No asterisks, but it is a fact that the Players is less competitive without guys like Rahm, Hatton, DJ, Koepka, etc. Sorry if you don’t like it. Take it up with Monahan
