Maybe he’s under the assumption that his poll numbers will stay the same, and he’s coasting to victory in November, so he doesn’t need RDS votes.
Anything can happen between now and November, the Democrats also have a boat load of money, and get out the vote operations, but that hasn’t seemed to have occured to Trump.
