Why not Ack here? Ack didn’t pitch in either midweek game and Herring started the Wednesday game. Seems like Ack would be more fresh.

I think Jay may want Ack to finish the game with like a 3-inning save. May not have the opportunity.

Jay was saving pitchers for Sunday when we hadn’t secured victory in the Saturday game first.
