So let me see if I've got this right. Bernie (someone who has never WORKED a day in his life) Wants my company to pay me the same amount of money that I make for working 40 hours but I only work 32?

To some lame brains that sounds amazing, but in reality it will never fly. I'd have to vote Nay

At some point companies did fine giving pensions, now they don’t.

At some point we thought paid leave was a terrible idea, now many arguing for keeping status quo now negotiate time off upon hiring

Changes in employment have occurred since the Industrial Revolution.

Everyone here is accustomed and expecting many things from employers that prior generations never had. Companies do just fine. With advances in technology and other advances have made a 32 hour week entirely possible for many roles we have
