He signed it the day after Fanis most important evidence was tossed, and the day before we hear if she will be disqualified. CYA by a typical RINO

Thanks. What I was wondering. 9-10 days is short period but this something that should have been signed when it hit his desk if he really really wanted to do it.

Not sure why the other poster would think my question would be crazy or sarcastic as Kemp lost the benefit of the doubt of making a RINO cya move. Abbott and Desantis would be given that favor, not Kemp.
