This is 100% assured. If a multi-national force crossed into Russia and overwhelmed the defending infantry there is no doubt in my mind that said offensive forces would be incinerated, and how do you respond to a nation that uses nukes on opposition forces within the confines of it's own borders for defense?

Since its a slatemate, they're going to prod this thing along until someone throws a nuke.
