When Will Wade arrived at McNeese, McNeese had looming sanctions of uncertain severity over its head making recruiting difficult, and zero players on the roster because everyone had transferred out. It's amazing what he's done at McNeese since that point in one year.

We call this year 0, not year 1.
Oh wait, you can turn around a team in first year there? I thought that was impossible
