I said a while back, my father has been all over the world and he said Haiti was by far the worst place hes ever had to step down on for a long period of time.

He said it wasnt even close. This is a man who lived in the Middle East, Africa, the Russian offsets, and Asia.

Yeah, I was down there for 18 days under contract for KBR and it was/is, by far, the biggest shithole I'd ever worked in on earth. Worse than Colón Panama, and that's saying something.

I've heard, from buddies still contracting, that there's one or two similar places in Africa.
