Different servers, different traffic types, different QoS, different routes, different hops, load balancing to servers.
The amount of variables that could be effecting this is beyond what you are going to figure out.
My opinion as networking professional is if this is a consumer network and not a business. And you aren’t actively having issues is to move along with your life.
