There is a lot more talk/YouTube videos about attorneys on retainer and armed citizens legal defense network instead of the typical insurance company CCW insurance. Check out the reddit CCW and firearms subs for more information.

USCCA is a joke. If you are charged with a crime they won.t cover you. So if a DA decides he wants to indict you you’re fricked. Insurance companies are interested in taking your money. Bottom line.

If you are involved is a shooting they will find the cheapest defense attorney to advise you. I’m calling Lewis Unglesby if I get in that situation.

Does the concealed carry permit liability provision in LA's constitutional carry change the thought process on any of this?
