I haven’t read any stories about that happening in a long time,I think hospitals have gotten much stricter about ensuring mistakes like that don’t happen anymore.

They literally write "NOT THIS LEG!!!" in huge print with a magic marker on your leg while they're doing the surgical prep.
Kinda hard to mess up after that.
Maybe if your neighbor is having a house demolished you should put a giant sign in your yard that says "NOT THIS HOUSE!!!!"
