Reciprocity is allowed in Louisiana for lawyers, should be for other professions as well.
ETA: I have that backwards, reciprocity is not allowed in Lousisiana

That's incorrect. Louisiana does not allow full time admission of lawyers who are admitted in any other jurisdictions without them first passing the Louisiana bar exam, despite some other jurisdictions allowing lawyers who are admitted in Louisiana to gain full time admission without them having to pass those states' bar exams.
