Residential Construction Loan Recs - Lafayette

Any advice on best place to start looking into this? Homebank has a construction to perm loan, but outside of that I’m not sure where else to look for options.

I believe Hancock Whitney has a 1 time close construction loan option. I would explore this if they still offer it.

FYI for anyone interested, Hancock Whitney apparently gutted their construction program so that was a no go. Can only be a fixed cost build, low loan limits and other new restrictions. They actually suggested Home Bank
