It amounts to wild internet speculation over something that’s relatively straightforward.

She’s either sick or had a miscarriage type event and wants privacy.

It’s really not conspiratorial other than the palace obviously trying to keep the details a secret. The Wales’ are very private which makes sense given who William’s mother was and her fate.

I don’t even understand what the “conspiracy” would be. She’s not in any position of power and never will be.

So what’s the “angle” here?
