Legit question, would he go to a game if he had to sit out of camera view?

3-4 years ago a Tiger Park marshall ordered him to move because his ticket was for the outfield. He got mad and quit coming to home games.

You’d think a super fan would root for the team from where ever. But yes, it’s all about him being on TV. He thinks he’s a celebrity and some of the old blue hair softball fans encourage that. He is convinced all the players and coaches love him. I generally don’t think that’s the case.

Like it or not, he is the face of the program. Google LSU softball and often the first question that comes up of those asked most often is “who is that loudmouth idiot behind home plate?”

Recruits have noticed. A respected high school softball coach in Texas who posts here has said recruits have told him that Sanchez is a significant reason they would not consider LSU.
