They are integrating it. The whole USB C dicking around they did and the EU smacking them made them go ahead and already announce it is coming this year to iPhones.
RCS doesn't even have market share in most of the EU though. Whatsapp is king there. I don't see this one as a need for government intervention in this country.
Would it and will it be nice to have RCS on all phones, absolutely. I just don't agree with government intervention to make it happen.
